The team are and have been consistently caring with excellent professional boundaries. Always happy to help where they are able and follow up on what they say they are going to do. Sometimes it is getting an appointment though under current circumstances that's understandable.

Was pleasantly surprised to be only number 2 in a queue (usually twentysmth.) and been able to get the appointment same day.

Caller system, can be on phone as caller number 16 and goes down so slowly, may still be there nearly an hour later, to then be told no appts when eventually answer.

I don't kniw really is difficult but think better when you rang and would ger thru within 15 mins, not queuing as long.
